PPS Commercials drives into Pilsworth

NOLAN Redshaw has let a 60,000 sq ft industrial unit at Pilsworth Road in Bury on behalf of a private investor to commercial vehicle builder PPS Commercials on a 15-year lease.
The former Biffa Waste unit stands on five acres of land close to the M66, connecting it with the M60 orbital motorway and the wider regional motorway network. PPS Commercials was set up in 1987 and currently operates from a base in nearby Radcliffe.
Paul Nolan, director at Nolan Redshaw, said: “This letting has been achieved as a result of the hard work and effort put in by our agency team.
“Once PPS Commercials identified this property, we worked with them and their advisors to ensure a successful conclusion was ultimately reached.”
Nolan Redshaw is sole agent on the scheme. PPS Commercials was represented by Lamb & Swift.
