Elite Telecom relocates to Chorley

NORTH West telecoms business Elite Telecom is relocating from St Helens to Chorley, as it expands into larger premises.

The fast-growing firm, which employs 50 staff, saw turnover grow 36% in 2009 to £15.9m and sees the move as crucial to the next phase of its development strategy.

It is moving from Rainford to take 8,880 sq ft of Grade A office space at Dawson House in Matrix Park, Chorley.

Chief executive Matt Newing said: “Such has been the rate of our development in recent years, it soon became clear that we would need to relocate if we were to take the business to the next level.

“In order to service our growing national and European client base, we wanted to find somewhere that offered top quality premises, excellent transport links and was close to a pool of high quality telecoms talent as we recruit for growth.”

Elite Telecoms clients include Air France/KLM, Intercontinental Hotels and P&O Ferries.
