Adrian Murphy to tell Rainmakers conference the story so far of Recycling Lives Services

In September last year we brought you the story about how Adrian Murphy and Nick Gittings were getting to grips with Recycling Lives Services, a private equity backed business that’s been through some trauma, but is bursting with potential.

They told how they’re coming in to this opportunity with “all our experience, all our scars, all our war wounds,” but they know too that they can build something special.

It’s exciting for the honesty with which they spoke about their ambitions. That story is here. We hope you enjoy it.

But at the Rainmakers conference chief executive Adrian Murphy will be telling delegates all about the progress they have made since then and how they’ve worked with backer Three Hills Capital.

It’s part of a packed agenda of insight, advice and perspective on growing a business.

Adrian Murphy has a background of leading Corporate, Private and PE backed businesses in B2B Products and Services.

After managing the separation and carve out of Recycling Lives Services in January 2024, Adrian took over as CEO in April. Recycling Lives Services provide total waste management solutions and compliance services for a broad range of commercial wastes.

It also has a particular focus around electronic waste as the fastest growing waste stream. They provide UK wide coverage and are a certified B Corp organisation who prioritise people and planet in all their operations.

They employ disadvantaged groups and work closely with Recycling Lives Charity to deliver positive outcomes for offenders, reducing homelessness and tackling food poverty.
