Town Centre Securities refurbishes historic Manchester warehouse for offices
Town Centre Securities has completed a refurbishment of the third floor at the Grade II* listed Carvers Warehouse on Dale Street in Manchester, creating 3,511 sq ft of office space.
The project, finished in October, provides a 2,096 sq ft fully fitted and furnished workspace alongside a 1,415 sq ft unfurnished suite.
Carvers Warehouse is Manchester's oldest surviving canal warehouse.
