New business wins spurs Fresh recruitment drive

MARKETING, events and advertising agency The Fresh Group has announced £3m worth of new business and is lookind to recruit up to 20 people.

The Cheadle-based firm says the orders are from new FTSE 100 clients, and that it expects revenues for 2011/12 to hit £13m.

Chief executive Julie Besbrode said; “This news comes at the end of our financial year, which has been another incredibly busy one for us. We’ve delivered over 30 pitches for new business averaging three presentations per month, so the teams really have been working flat out.

“Our existing client wins have provided some really great projects for next year and our order book is the strongest in our history, and we’re thrilled that our new business is thriving too.”

Fresh’s exisiting clients include retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Morrisons , banking giant Santander and consumer champions Which?

Chairman Nick Porter addded: “This increased business means an increase in staff, and the agency is currently recruiting for up to 20 new team members, to help deliver the huge range of projects”.
