Jones shuffles pack at Brother

PHIL Jones, the new UK head of Brother, the £104m-turnover office equipment supplier, has made a number of changes to his senior team.
Ahead of a launch of a number of new products – including a new mobile printer range for field-based workers, and a move into the scanner market – Brother has appointed Andy Forsyth as head of sales and marketing.
Mr Forsyth joined Brother in September last year from HP, where he was sales and marketing director for HP’s UK and Ireland laser printing business.
Terry Caulfield will be spearheading the drive into product solutions and take responsibility for expansion into the value-added reseller market.
Dave Peters will take on a new role as head of strategic development, where he will focus on identifying new markets, partners and opportunities.
Dylan Haworth will head up Brother’s transactional channel, responsible for all elements of retail, online and resellers.
Phil Jones, who was appointed UK country head and deputy managing director last month said: “We have continued to deliver sales growth in new sectors by reading the way the industry is moving and meeting the challenges this brings.”
“This new structure indicates our commitment to grow the UK business through effective, solution-based propositions that will support businesses across the UK in improving competitiveness, reducing costs and improving business processes.”
