Trio land at Ringway Trading Estate

THE North West industrial teams at CBRE and Jones Lang LaSalle have let a total of 60,000 sq ft at Ringway Trading Estate to Arnold Clark, Manchester Airport Group (MAG), and Reliance Secure Task Management.

Arnold Clark has leased 34,000 sq ft, MAG 21,000 sq ft and Reliance 5,000 sq ft on the 150,000 sq ft estate, which is immediately adjacent to Manchester Airport. Only three units now remain, ranging from 5,000 sq ft to 15,000 sq ft.

Paul Cook, director of North West Industrial Agency at CBRE, said: “The volume of deals already completed since the beginning of the year in the North West demonstrates the consistently strong demand for well-located industrial property.  

“Ringway Trading Estate is particularly attractive to businesses that operate internationally with the airport in close proximity.”
