NW Business Masters winners to be announced

THE 2012 winners of TheBusinessDesk.com’s  North West Business Masters awards will be announced this afternoon.

There are three finalists in each of our six awards categories, all of which recognise outstanding talent and contribution to the region’s economy.

The awards, supported by headline sponsorJaguar, attracted dozens of entries from sole traders to established listed companies.

The categories are: North West Newcomer, sponsored by Odgers Interim; North West Exporter, sponsored by the North West Fund for Development Capital ; North West  Pride sponsored by United Utilities; North West Manufacturer, sponsored by Deloitte; North West Innovator, sponsored by Cobbetts and North West Ambassador, sponsored by MC2.

The event is taking place at Midland Hotel and will be attended by more than 150 senior business people from across the region.masters jag

Exporter : Applied Language Solutions; Oliver Valves and WFEL.

Pride : Carole Nash, The Brink and The Factory Youth Zone.

Manufacturer : Fort Vale Engineering; WEMSInternational and WFEL.

Innovator : MHA Lighting; Belfry Group and Elite Telecom

Ambassador : Mike Blackburn (BT/Greater Manchester LEP); Peter Cowgill (JD Sports Fashion) and Fred Done (BetFred).
