Appointments: Brother UK; Brabners’ pensions hire & more

BROTHER UK has promoted James Lawton-Hill as its new head of marketing as it prepares to launch a series of new technology products and online business support services in 2013.
After eight years in marketing consultancy advising technology clients including HP, Microsoft, Citrix and Vodafone, he joined Brother UK in 2010 with responsibility for developing key customer accounts and marketing intelligence.
In his new role, Mr Lawton-Hill will lead east Manchester-based Brother UK’s 20-strong marketing team and oversee the launch of several new products scheduled to hit the market in 2013.
He will also be responsible for marketing Brother’s new online products such as OmniJoin web conferencing, as the company extends its information and communication services for small businesses.
Phil Jones, Brother’s UK head, said: “James has proven experience in delivering marketing campaigns which have an impact on sales performance.”

NORTH West law firm Brabners Chaffe Street has strengthened its pensions expertise with the appointment of Elizabeth Graham as a partner.
Operating across the firm’s offices in Liverpool and Manchester offices, Ms Graham was previously with international law firm Squire Sanders in Leeds.She is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and a full member of the Association of Pensions Lawyers.

WIGAN-based Focus Insolvency Group has boosted its team with two recent hires.
Kimberly Evans has joined the firm in the newly-created cashier role while Natalie Vose has added to the expanding voluntary arrangement department.
