Pareto to move to £5m head office

WILMSLOW-based training and graduate recruitment company Pareto Law is to move into a new £5m head office in February 2009.

It is redeveloping the derelict George & Dragon pub in Wilmslow to have office space for 120 staff, a training centre for up to 60 delegates and a 20-bedroom residential training suite.

Joint managing director Jonathan Fitchew said: “With the growth of both our recruitment and training services we needed to move to a larger, more flexible working environment, and investing in a tailor made re-development of the George & Dragon offered the ideal solution.”

In September Pareto won its first training contracts in the US, with Duff & Phelps, a provider of financial advice and banking services, and GFI Software.

Mr Fitchew set up the company with Andy Sawer in 1995. They sold a 70% stake in the business to Dutch-based Vedior at the end of March 2008.
