BIMBO deal for secretarial firm
HALLIDAY Williams & Associates, a secretarial recruitment and training company, has completed a buy-in management buy-out deal, for an undisclosed sum.
The Manchester-based company trades as Sue Williams Group for recruitment and Kingsgate Consulting for training services.
Kaye Sharman will become managing director and be joined by newly appointed director Amanda Jones.
Andrew Feeke at CLB Coopers Chartered Accountants in Manchester led the deal, which was funded by Paul Brady at RBS Invoice Finance. Legal advice provided by David Gledhill of Bermans Solicitors.
