Appointments: Horwich Farrelly hires COO; FD for Palletower & more

MANCHESTER-based insurance litigation law firm, Horwich Farrelly has strengthened its executive board with the appointment of Mark Grayson as chief operations officer.
Mr Grayson joins the firm from WNS Assistance where he was operations director and played a key role in helping it become largest insurance accident management provider.

The firm employs more than 500 people across its bases in Manchester, Sheffield, Liverpool, Cardiff and London.

SALE-based manufacturer Palletower has appointed Julia Williams as finance director.
Previously with sportswear brand Umbro International, where she was international finance controller, her responsibilities at Palletower include implementing a new ERP System, as well as reviewing systems and processes to place.
She was introduced to Palletower by Rowan Finance, part of the Manchester-based recruiter Rowan Group.

Palletower, which began trading almost 50 years ago, has more than 55 staff.
