Mr Ng, whose late father James founded the business 25 years ago, has recently hired childhood friend and former colleague Liam Fortune as head of sales.
“He used to work with us and was trained by my dad before he went to do his own thing. Liam knows me and how we work and is already talking to Costcutter.”
Already also suppling Nisa Local and major Chinese supermarket chaina Chung Wah and Wing Yip, the latestt Morrisons listing is for black bean ribs, char sui pork and pork sui mai, which will be sold in 24 stores across the country.
Mr Ng added: “The continued investment of Morrisons in Golden Dragon is a massive vote of confidence in our brand. We know that consumers enjoy our products and we hope to can carry on making them happy with the exciting new range that we have on offer.
“We hope to add another three staff before Christmas and are really excited about the opportunities.”
