Strategic Trafford Park site changes hands

A HIGH profile site and ancillary warehouse at Trafford Park in Manchester has been sold on behalf of AKW Group by B8 Real Estate for an undisclosed price.

The site, with an extensive frontage to Village Circle, comprised 53,000sq ft on a five-acre site and was bought by F & G Commercials for the sales and maintenance of DAF trucks as a main dealer franchise.

Steve Johnson of B8 Real Estate said: “Opportunities such as this rarely become available in Trafford Park particularly with the level of prominence.

“As such the site generated significant interest from developers and end users.  The extensive hard standing and refurbishment potential suited F&G which resulted in a speedy transaction”.
