30 jobs saved in buyout of troubled fabrication firm

SOME 30 jobs have been saved following the buyout of Blackburn-based window and curtain wall fabricator and installer S G Aluminium Ltd.

Three Towers Group has acquired the £4.5m turnover company after the parent company S G Aluminium Group went into liquidation earlier this month.

More than 30 jobs have been saved after a buyout of window and curtain wall fabricator and installer S.G. Aluminium Ltd.

A company statement said: “The directors of Three Towers Group bring decades of experience within specialist subcontract trades, together with all the resources required to stabilise and grow the business.

“S G Aluminium Ltd will utilise its increased resource base to grow sales and create even stronger trading links with both its supplier and customer base whilst maintaining steady and sustainable growth.”
