As the Chairman and Founder of UCFB & GIS (University Campus of Football Business and the Global Institute of Sport), and with 40 years of property experience, including as chairman of developer Cole Waterhouse Group, he has plenty to talk about.

UCFB was initially established during 2011 as the world’s first higher education institution with university degrees in football business and sport, at the Turf Moor stadium, Burnley, where Brendan was on the board of Directors from 2006.

A major investor and operational director from 2007, he played a significant role in the club’s first promotion to the Premier League in 2009 and the Club’s two subsequent promotions.

One of the founding owners of MLS side Orlando City SC, Florida, Brendan has helped to shape its remarkable success.

He’ll be in conversation with TheBusinessDesk.com North West editor Michael Taylor, a Blackburn Rovers fan. They have both promised to play nicely.
