Guest speaker at our Property Lunch on May 8 is Shannon Conway.

She has recently launched Picture This, a brand new residential development venture with business partner Mike Nicholson.

She has a clear vision to build homes by supporting the things that matter to people; low carbon design, delivering welcoming age-inclusive homes designed to promote health and happiness, and standing beside local businesses and creatives, bringing community to the fore.

They have exciting and ambitious growth plans for Picture This, taking the lead on their own sites and opportunities, as well as partnering with like-minded developers and land owners on larger scale, mixed use developments.

Formerly residential director at build-to-rent developer Glenbrook, and a colleague of Mike Nicholson at property advisory firm JLL her background is in residential agency, valuation, and property management, and has been a well known figure in the property from her time at JLL and latterly at Glenbrook, where she worked with the team to build a pipeline of more than 4,000 apartments.
