Kirwans opens second Liverpool office
LAW firm Kirwans is to open its second office in its home city of Liverpool and its fourth office overall after signing a deal to take 6,500 sq ft of space at South Harrington Building on the Brunswick Business Park.
The firm said that the opening coincides with significant recruitment during recent months and a major investment in case management technology.
Managing partner Simon Gibson said: “We already have offices in three fantastic locations in Wirral and Liverpool’s commercial district, but the requirement was there for a fourth office in order to keep pace with our expansion plans and the expectations of our clients.”
The firm is based at The Martins Building in the city centre, but also has offices on the Wirral at Moreton and Prenton.
“While being close to Liverpool city centre, South Harrington offers us the extra space we need, plentiful parking for clients and the opportunity to provide an even more comprehensive range of legal services to businesses and families in Merseyside and beyond.
“We have grown from around 80 staff earlier this year to more than 100 and we continue to look to bring on board the best legal talent at all levels.
“These are exciting times for Kirwans. We now have some of the best lawyers in the region and we are currently pursuing a number of exciting opportunities which will ensure that the firm continues to expand significantly over the coming 12 months.”
