Bardsley sells £2m of homes in a month

BARDSLEY Construction has sold three executive homes worth an estimated £2m at The Boatyard development at Worsley in Salford in the first month of the year.

The Dukinfield-based developer said that only one property remains available on the first phase of the canalside scheme, although construction is already under way on the second phase.

It will contain 14 properties, which are  mix of four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. These are due to complete during the summer.

Ted Macdougal, managing director at Bardsley Homes, said: “Despite current restrictions on mortgage lending and the generally subdued housing market, we continue to achieve sales success.”
