ServicePower in supermarket sweep

ServicePower Technologies, the Stockport-based provider of field management software,  has announced that it has expanded a trial relationship with an unnamed UK supermarket.

The firm said that it had worked closely with the surpermarket’s management on a trial basis in recent months and was now rolling out the agreement to cover other regions.

ServicePower’s software is being used by the retailer to schedule appointments made to customers by independent contractors.

ServicePower CEO Mark Duffin said: “The extension of this relationship with one of the UK’s biggest high street retailers is a strong endorsement of the value of our service proposition,” he said. “With a strengthened financial position and a growing pipeline we are confident in the prospects for ServicePower.”
