Iron Gut scores with Shoot

IRON Gut Publishing has signed a deal to produce a collectable limited edition artworks based on iconic images from Shoot magazine.
The Radcliffe firm has secured access to more than 10,000 images of famous footballers and football events.
It will be launching the range with fine art prints featuring images from the 1966 world cup with further ranges to follow in 2012.
Iron Gut’s managing director Anthony Marks said: “Shoot captivated successive generations of football fans with sharp, incisive writing and contributions from the stars of the game, from Bobby Moore and Alan Ball right up to modern day legends such as Joe Cole and John Terry, before moving into the digital era by becoming the first football magazine to be made available around the world on the Web.
“Today, Shoot is still recognised as one of the most widely respected football brands in the UK. After 40 years, Shoot is still the number one football annual in the UK and enjoys 350,000 hits on its official website each month.”
