Altium advises on Connaught deals
THE Manchester office of European investment bank Altium has advised on two acquisitions by the support services group Connaught.
The quoted company has spent £12m on Norwich-based fire safety firm UK Fire and £3.9m on pest control business Igrox, based in Ipswich.
The Manchester office of Altium has advised Exeter-based Connaught since 2003. The deal team was led by Phil Adams and Mike Fletcher, with Adrian Reed and Nakul Mohandas.
Mike Fletcher, managing director at Altium in Manchester, said: “Connaught’s acquisitions show the market that good deals can be done, and also that there is appetite from investors to back the growth of strong and successful companies.”
