Leonard Curtis administrator for York Pharma
ADMINISTRATORS at Leonard Curtis in Bury are to be appointed to speciality pharmaceutical company York Pharma.
Andrew Poxon and John Malcolm Titley of Leonard Curtis will be appointed to the Milton Keynes-based firm later today, after it failed to find alternative funding facilities, to pay back $750,000 of an outstanding loan by the due date of July 29.
“The board has taken advice and, with regret, no longer believes that the company is in a position to continue its operations.
“It is expected that the appointment of administrators by the company will formally occur later today, following which the administrator will take such measures as they believe appropriate relating to the company and its assets,” the company said in a statement to the stock market.
