Business North West adds ex-Dragon to bill

THE Business North West conference and exhibition has added former Dragons’ Den investor Richard Farleigh to its bill.

The event, which takes place at Manchester Central on May 4-5, promises sessions on funding, digital media and how to deal with competitors.

Mr Farleigh, an Australian investor, will be joined by Alex Epstein, a former contender on the BBC’s Apprentice, and executives from Manchester-based firms Brother and Kellogg’s.

The Chartered Institute of Marketing will be running one-to-one marketing clinics for delegates and there will also be a Dragons’ Den-style contest where a selection of exhibitors showcase their best new innovations to a panel of business experts.

Events firm, London-based Easyfairs, is behind the exhibition.
