Brabners Chaffe Street adds niche property practice

LAW firm Brabners Chaffe Street is joining forces with with specialist property law practice Murphy Hodgkinson.

The regional firm is merging with Liverpool-based Murphy Hodgkinson, which has a reputation for its expertise in residential property development.  Clients include many national and regional house building companies.

The merger will see partners and staff from Murphy Hodgkinson joining Brabners Chaffe Street’s offices in both Liverpool and Manchester and the turnover of the combined firm is expected to top. 

Senior partner Karen Murphy, who founded Murphy Hodgkinson in 2000, will lead Brabners Chaffe Street’s residential development team and will be based at the firm’s Liverpool office.
