OFFICE recruitment firm Tate has opened a new office in Manchester.

OFFICE recruitment firm Tate has opened a new office in Manchester.

The company has taken over the specialist office work that was previously  covered by its more generalist sister company Blue Arrow, and will be based at its offices on Fountain Street in the city centre.

The company is offering businesses that use its services a 110% money back guarantee that if they don’t get the right person for the job or if that person leaves within 100 days.

Jo Edwards, managing director of Tate said: “Quality is at the heart of everything that we do at Tate and so we are delighted to be bringing our service to Manchester. The recession is hitting all businesses hard and is making people even more apprehensive about taking on new staff which is where we come into our own with our unrivalled Watertight Guarantee.

“This enables us to take away the stress for businesses that use Tate by ensuring that if the placement does not work out, there is no financial risk. We are passionate about what we do and feel that our distinctly different offering will set us apart in the area, making us a great choice for local businesses.”

Tate, part of the Impellam Group, was established in 1985.
