Five find home at Winwick Quay

WINWICK Quay Business Park in Warrington has won five new tenants in the last two weeks, following its refurbishment.

The new lettings, totalling more than 30,000sq ft, include a five-year deal with sports footwear brand ASICS on the 12,300 sq ft unit 21 at Cameron Court.

The other deals were with Stort Eskens, AA Baits, S2 Photography and DC Marketing trading as Babies World.

Joint letting agents Colliers CRE and Riddelltps said terms have been agreed on a two further units and a further three existing tenants have agreed terms to renew their leases.
