Roundhouse’s South Rings to complete next month

ROUNDHOUSE Properties’ £8 million South Rings office development is on track to meet its July deadline for the first phase of office buildings to complete next month.

The development, which sits on the motorway interchange of the M6, M61 and M65, could occupy up to 500 staff once the site is complete.

The development sits on the motorway interchange which allows occupiers immediate access to the M6, M61 and M65 and when the development is complete it will house over 500 workers.

The first phase consists of the completion of two blocks comprising 2,742 sq ft of space. Each 1,371 sq ft unit is available for a rental of £21,250 per sq ft, but the block can be subdivided into ground and first floors, with the 634 sq ft ground floor available from £10,700.

Roundhouse director Janet Lefton said: “Work on the site is going to plan and we’re looking forward to officially marking the completion of phase 1 toward the start of August.

“Interest in the scheme is strong and its location is proving to be one of the major attractions. We are at advanced stages of negotiation with a number of occupiers to take a variety of sized offices and hope to announce their move into South Rings in the coming weeks.”
