MediaCityUK appoints CBRE

PEEL Group has appointed CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) as joint agents for the office element of its MediacityUK scheme.

The firm has been tasked with finding potential tenants from the creative and media sectors to take office space at the development. The first phase of MediaCityUK has more than 1.5m sq ft of offices and there is space available in three towers – Red, Blue and White – ranging from 1,000 to 100,000 sq ft.
