People: New head for barristers’ chambers; Partner promotion at financial investigations firm; and more

Nigel Poole QC has been announced as the new head of Manchester-based civil barristers’ set Kings Chambers.

Poole, an expert in in personal injury and clinical negligence law, follows in the footsteps of the outgoing Nick Braslavsky QC.

He said: “Kings Chambers is highly regarded right across the UK due to the depth of its specialist expertise. My predecessor, Nick Braslavsky QC has worked hard to steer chambers to its current position as a pre-eminent set with renowned specialists across a wide range of civil work.

RGL Forensics, the financial investigations company which specialises in the insurance, legal and corporate markets globally, has promoted Richard Cameron-Williams, based in its Manchester office, to partner.

Cameron-Williams has more than a decade’s experience in forensic accounting.

Sean Crosslind and Andrew Eagling

Sean Crosslind and Andrew Eagling have joined Mando’s creative and UX teams.

Both join Mando from The Hut Group where Crosslind was head of design while Eagling headed up the company’s UX capabilities.

They will be working alongside Mando’s 60 strong team based in Liverpool and London and working for a range of clients including Northumbrian Water Group, Together Money, GMC and Norican.

North West-based on-hold telephone messaging specialist Audio Productions has recruited Steve Neil as UK channel manager.

Bringing a wealth of experience from a number of sector management and partnership roles in the telecoms and on hold industries, Neil will lead the firm’s reseller partnerships division.

He will be charged with reaching out to decision makers and managers at telecoms businesses operating in all corners of the UK from the firm’s Stockport headquarters.

Lancaster based digital agency Fat Media has welcomed two recruits.

Liam Hartley-Wright has joined the digital marketing team as a marketing executive and Amy Ratcliffe has joined Fat Media’s London office as a senior account manager.

Managing director John French said: “It has been an incredible year for Fat Media, we’ve seen our headcount increase by more than 40% and our investment in staff continues with the appointment of Amy and Liam this month.
