M&E firm trumpets series of projects taking revenue to £1.2m

Liverpool-based mechanical and electrical engineering design consultancy Steven Hunt Associates is celebrating another year of growth following a raft of new projects, taking turnover to £1.2m.

The company has carried out schemes at the city’s Royal Court Theatre, Mixenden Health Centre, Mowgli Street Food and Dogs Border Control at Stanstead.

After delivering “ACT II” The Royal Court refurbishment Steven Hunt Associates has been commissioned to deliver “ACT III, the third and final stage in the restoration of one of Liverpool’s most treasured theatres which is due to be completed in August of this year.

Other client wins include Mixenden Health Centre, which is a Primary Care Centre in Halifax, Mowgli Street Food’s expansion into Leeds and work for the Dogs Border Control at Stanstead, which involves providing a suitably hated and ventilated environment for detection dogs al produced in BIM.

Managing director Steven Hunt said: “We have had a really steady period of growth, and after that huge 20% lift in 2016, we naturally thought that it would balance off, however are very pleased to see consistency in the growth.”
