Law firm creates Fylde’s largest commercial team

A LAW firm based in Lancashire has announced the creation of the largest commercial team on the Fylde Coast.

Blackhurst Budd’s new team will offer a full range of commercial services to businesses providing legal advice on everything from commercial property, to incorporation, business taxation and takeovers.

The company is based in the centre of Blackpool and consists of 64 staff and 13 partners.

Martin Block, head of the new team said: “There is a healthy demand in the Fylde for commercial legal advice and what we have aimed to do at Blackhurst Budd is form a dedicated team to service this. 

“We have brought together a range of specialists from different areas and offer legal advice for all commercial matters. 

“Companies won’t need to go to different law firms for guidance on different issues as we have all the necessary expertise in-house.”

The team will consist of commercial property specialists Martin, Alan Mumby, Richard Sloman and Charles Purvis together with company litigation specialist David Aird and licensing specialist Michael Woosnam.
