Market research agency hails strong first quarter with Nigeria office launch

Bee Industrious, a market research and insights agency which launched earlier this year, is celebrating a triumphant first quarter which has seen it win a string of major clients and launch an office in Nigeria.

The company has won business with kids’ digital platform SuperAwesome, National Food Skills Academy, Quintessential Brands and the International Trade Council.

The agency is headed by Nick Richardson who moved back to his native Manchester to launch the agency late last year.

Bee Industrious is based in on Chester Street in the city centre has a core team of five, with an extended team of more than 40 research specialists.

Richardson said: “We have had a phenomenal response since we launched, and have been delighted to have been chosen by a number of international clients to assist them with their marketing research and insight requirements. We also have some very exciting plans for the future which we will be announcing in the coming months.”

Bee Industrious recently announced the launch of a Nigerian office, which is a joint venture with the Richardson Group a professional supplier to the oil and gas industry in West Africa.

Richardson added: “Having spent a lot of time working in West Africa in the last three years I was acutely aware of the opportunity to assist companies in that region, initially in the oil and gas sectors. With Akin and his team on board we are well positioned to assist international clients who are looking to do business in a market which has significant potential.”

The business said it is on track to achieve a first year’s turnover of £250,000.
