Trio of lettings for Liverpool city centre office building
Demand for space at Liverpool city centre’s Flexi-Office at No. 1 Old Hall Street in the heart of the commercial district remains high following a flurry of deals.
Market research company Vision One Research has renewed its agreement on a 924 sq ft unit on the building’s fourth floor on a three year lease.
Meanwhile existing tenant, Zeus Claims Solutions, which started off with one unit in the building, has expanded and has now taken on a third unit of 203 sq ft on the second floor, taking its total let space to of 1,100 sq ft.
Developer Downing has also welcomed a new tenant, Sensible Staffing. The company has taken a 203 sq ft unit on the third floor. The company, which is part of Pario Group, is a specialist recruitment business providing expertise and staffing solutions to a range of employers across the healthcare, pharmaceutical and scientific sectors.
