More than 40 jobs to be created as Dirty Martini hits Manchester

Cocktail bar Dirty Martini is bringing its large menu of cocktails to Manchester soon and along with it 40 jobs.

A recruitment day will take place on October 10 and 11 ahead of the opening on Peter Street in November.

Bartenders and mixologists will be put to the test to find a team who are the right balance of talent and personality.

The day will include a variety of tasks and one-to-one interviews.

Helen Cook, head of human resources of Dirty Martini, said: “A premium bar needs a premium team, we’re looking to create a fun and relaxed atmosphere where candidates can be themselves.

“We’re not just looking for people with experience but people with great personalities. We’re excited to bring Dirty Martini to Manchester and are looking forward to meeting some great talent.”

After the recruitment day, successful candidates will be offered a role at Dirty Martini and undergo a training programme prior to the bars opening in November.

The new location in Manchester will be an addition to the ones in Bishopsgate, Covent Garden, Hanover Square, Islington, Monument, Minories, St Paul’s and Cardiff.
