Manchester-based e-commerce agency PushON is set for further expansion with plans to move to larger premises in the new year.

It has reported a 29% rise in revenue this year, taking it from nearly £1.2m, in 2015/16 to more than £1.5m in 2016/17.

The success of this year’s first two financial quarters means the company is on track to hit its turnover target of over £2m by 2018.

From 2016 to 2017, the business has also seen a 24% reduction in cost of sales, and a considerable 291% growth in profit before tax.

The business has invested heavily in the training and development of its entire team so it can provide the best possible service to its clients and increased its project management capacity.

Over the past year, the company has won some sizable contracts with many well-known brands including Virgin Money and Liverpool ONE. It is also continuing to strengthen its relationship with current clients, the Theo Paphitis Retail Group and Meyer Corporation.

Simon Wharton, managing director of PushON, said: “This is an exciting time for us and we have ambitious plans to expand the business over the next year.

“We’ve already grown our team over the past few months, so much so that we’re actually outgrowing our current office at a rapid pace.

“These additional employees have enabled us to develop our knowledge and experience considerably, and we’re still on the look for fresh talent to support our growing client list.

“We’ve been working with some fantastic brands on some really interesting projects over the past year, and we hope to keep this momentum going. The future looks incredibly bright for us.”
