Dine adds prestigious new venue to its portfolio

Sefton Park Palm House

Hospitality and event planner Dine is targeting further growth after adding Sefton Park Palm House in Liverpool to its portfolio of venues.

Sefton Park Palm House, set in the 235-acre historic Sefton Park, is an octagonal, three-tiered, grade II-listed Victorian glasshouse.

Designed and built by Mackenzie and Moncur of Edinburgh, the Palm House opened in 1896.

Leeds-based Dine will work alongside the Palm House’s in-house events team to develop local talent and create bespoke events with quality food and service to match.

The ambition is to build on the Palm House’s great reputation and make it one of the leading private venues in the North.

The event planner will also be working alongside local Caterer’s Relish to secure the Palm House’s long-term future in the community.

Dine founder Dan Gill said: “We pride ourselves on delivering exquisite events in stunning surroundings and it’s a honour to be able to work in so many historic locations. Sefton Park Palm House is a wonderful venue and we will work with the team and the local community to ensure it can be enjoyed by future generations.

“We are really excited to start on what we know will be an incredible journey and a new chapter for Dine at Sefton Park Palm House.”

Established in 1998, Dine caters for more than 100 corporate events and 200 weddings each year as well as providing exclusive private dining.
