Manchester’s National House welcomes latest tenant

The University Caterers Organisation (TUCO) has become the latest tenant at National House, the grade II-listed building in Manchester city centre.

DTZi, represented jointly by Savills and Edwards & Co, has agreed a new five-year lease for 4,623sq ft on the third floor.

TUCO will pay a rent of £16.50 per sq ft.

This latest deal follows a letting to Simple Solutions in December 2016.  Since then, the online marketing firm has expanded its presence within the building from 1,160sq ft to 4,167sq ft.
