Almost 11,000sq ft of prime grade A office space at 60 Fountain Street in Manchester’s central business district is being marketed to professional firms by real estate advisors Colliers International.

Acting on behalf of McAleer & Rushe, the specialist design and build contractor and owner of 60 Fountain Street, Colliers is offering a total of 10,713 sq ft on floors two, three and four of the prestigious 20,680 sq ft, five-storey building.

Colliers is seeking professional firms to join existing occupiers including business management consultants Fourthline, with e-commerce agency Venditan due to occupy the fifth floor.

McAleer & Rushe recently undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of 60 Fountain Street with the property now offering fully air-conditionaed suites and an extended, reconfigured and modernised reception area.

Tom Lathwood, national offices at the Manchester office of Colliers International, said: “With demand for Manchester central business district office space continuing to outstrip supply and new and available Grade A stock not due until 2019, we anticipate a high level of interest from potential occupiers.”

Colliers is marketing floors two, three and four jointly with fellow property agents Cushman & Wakefield.
