Office unit snapped up by fire and security firm

Tailored Fire and Security is to relocate from Trafford Park after snapping up a unit in Oldham in a circa-£1m deal thought to be one of the largest freehold office deals of the year so far.

Nolan Redshaw agreed the sale of Unit 4 Howarth Court on Broadway Business Park in Chadderton on behalf of James Briggs.

Jonathan Pickles of Nolan Redshaw said: “The premises was on the market for a figure close to a £1m, we are pleased to have acted on our clients James Briggs behalf.

“This transaction will certainly be one of the largest freehold office deals of the year and marks a successful start to 2018 for the agency team at Nolan Redshaw.”

JLL were joint agents on the instruction.
