GL Hearn appoints head of planning
Real estate developer GL Hearn has appointed Andrew Bradshaw as head of planning for the North West.
Bradshaw will be based in GL Hearn’s Manchester office, leading the planning team to support the growth agenda across the region.
The planning team works closely with development colleagues advising on all aspects of residential and commercial planning and development to include strategic planning and promotion, policy formulation, viability assessments and economic appraisals, community and stakeholder engagement and the submission/negotiation of planning applications/appeals to determination.
Bradshaw has over 20 years’ experience working in the public and private sector delivering residential and mixed-use projects. He is a specialist in residential planning and regeneration. He has extensive experience in promoting sites from initial site appraisal/evaluation and the preparation/negotiation of large scale masterplans through to detailed planning applications.
He said: “I am excited to be joining GL Hearn, using my experience to build on the great work of the existing team to support the company to deliver the ambitions of the Northern Powerhouse and particularly housing growth across the North West.”
