Equilibrium is continuing its ambitious growth plans following a raft of new hires and another employer of the year award win.

The wealth management company’s headcount is now 72 and comes after Equilibrium became a £7m turnover outfit at the end of its last fiscal year in 2017.

Equilibrium has announced new recruits including former infantry officer in the British Army Daniel Morgan, Rachel Lee, who has returned to Equilibrium having left the company in 2015, and ex-teacher turned client manager Belinda White.

Six other new employees who have joined the Wilmslow, Cheshire-based company are client manager Jonathon Molloy, Australian Jason Mountford, who has spent 10 years in the financial industry, experienced financial adviser Rachael Settle, wildlife biology graduate Josie Corfield, Michelle Manley who has joined full time after project managing the recent fund launch and administrator Deborah Start.

With Equilibrium named as the fifth best small company to work for by The Sunday Times in 2017 managing partner Gaynor Rigby said: “Last year was a momentous one for Equilibrium and our long list of clients. Manchester agency Six & Flow continues to grow, adding to its inbound marketing team.

Paul Henry joins as inbound strategist, bringing with him a passion for inbound marketing, as well as digital media and publishing experience from his time at Trinity Mirror.

Henry has extensive knowledge in working with clients looking to grow revenues in the digital space, and his experience will no doubt add huge value to Six & Flow as an agency.

Six & Flow recently celebrated becoming a platinum HubSpot partner agency, one of only two in Manchester and four in the whole of the North of England.

The agency is also the first Certified HubSpot Trainer in the UK, enabling tit to deliver expert training on a range of activities, from inbound marketing to CRM sales enablement.

Cheadle-based Industrial IT provider SolutionsPT has bolstered its senior product team with a new appointment and two internal promotions.

Joining the company as growth project manager, Ian Bailey is tasked with overseeing all aspects of organisational growth at SolutionsPT, focusing on new customer acquisition, retention, and prioritising growth-specific product improvements.

He will also focus on growing the user base for SolutionsPT’s ever-expanding industrial IT product set, which includes managed services, high availability and cyber security solutions.

Phil James swaps his role as a member of the sales team to take up the newly created position of availability and industrial computers product manager.

James will have overall responsibility for a group of products which enable customers to keep their critical systems running and operational, championing the company’s product portfolio to end users and system integrators.

Chris Whitehead, a systems architect who has been with SolutionsPT for six years, takes over as managed platform product manager. In his new role, he will spearhead the growth and development of the managed platform service, and will continue to develop and expand the offering, both technically and commercially, to meet the needs of new and existing customers.

SolutionsPT specialises in providing industrial IT services to assist manufacturers in improving operational efficiencies, through operational intelligence, disaster resilience, cyber security and mobile technology solutions. The company is also the sole-authorised distributor of Wonderware in the UK and Ireland.
