Popular Trafford hotel and restaurant sold from £1.25m guide price

Chesters Hotel and Luigi’s Restaurant in Trafford, Greater Manchester has sold for an undisclosed figure from a guide asking price of £1.25m.

The popular 24-bedroom hotel and recently refurbished restaurant is a favourite of Manchester United fans and is located on Chester Road, a short walk from Old Trafford and three miles from Manchester city centre.

The established freehold business was sold as a going concern asset sale and has been purchased by VK Developments.

GVA’s hotel and leisure team acted on behalf of the seller John and Elaine Wilkinson of Wilkinson Star. VK Developments was represented by Faisal Rafiq.
