Styles & Wood win £1.5m of work with Manchester Airport Group

Sale-based property services group Styles & Wood has secured four new contracts with Manchester Airports Group (MAG) totalling circa £1.5m.
This follows its appointment to the small medium frameworks at Manchester and London Stansted airports.
The works include the fit-out of a range of amenities at both airports, including kitchen and toilet refurbishments, as well as staircase nodes.
The projects have been allocated under a three-year framework, which Styles & Wood was appointed to last year.
Each could see the business deliver a range of airside and landside projects with values up to £3m at Manchester and London Stansted airports.
The frameworks support MAG’s investment programme to increase capacity and require the delivery of projects within large, complex live airports.
Tony Lenehan, chief executive of Styles&Wood, said: “MAG is investing in major transformation projects across its airport assets and these frameworks are already opening up a significant pipeline of opportunities for our business.
“The frameworks cover a diverse range of projects, from refurbishments to managing business-critical, complex M&E replacements, and a wide range of design services, demonstrating the breadth of capability we have in the group.”
