Relocation enables Walker Smith Global to expand
OBI Property has announced that Manchester-based professional service provider, Walker Smith Global, has taken the entire fourth floor (2,830sq ft) of 26 Cross Street in Manchester.
The company has taken a five-year lease.
Walker Smith Global provides accountancy services to freelancers, contractors and the self-employed.
The company is moving from 53 King Street as it required larger office space to accommodate its business growth.
