Cert Property to renovate Northern Quarter office building
Cert Property, the independent Manchester-based property company, has been granted approval of its plans to renovate Hilton House, a 35,000 sq ft office building in the city's Northern Quarter.
Paul Butler Associates consulted on the planning application which was designed by architect Stephenson Studio and will provide a comprehensive refurbishment of the internal space, contemporary new facade, a 2,250 sq ft extension to the top two floors and will offer serviced and traditional leased office accommodation.
