GVA brings £2.25m 4-star Preston hotel to the market

Best Western Plus Salmesbury Hotel

Property specialist GVA has been appointed as the sole agent for the sale of the Best Western Plus Salmesbury Hotel, near Preston.

On behalf of Matthew Ingram and Steven Muncaster of Duff & Phelps, joint administrators of the property, GVA is bringing the operational and full-service four-star hotel to the market as a going concern business for offers in the region of £2,250,000.

Located just two miles from junction 31 of the M6 and five miles east of Preston, the hotel offers easy access to the A59 and offers parking facilities for more than 150 vehicles.

The property underwent a full refurbishment approximately four years ago and trades under the Best Western Plus brand.

It benefits from a wide range of income streams, including 80 en-suite bedrooms, an extensive lounge bar and restaurant, conference and banqueting facilities for approximately 200 guests, and a gym.
