Digital agency moves into new offices in the city centre
Manchester-based digital agency Cantarus is moving to a new office in Manchester city centre.
The company has taken the seventh floor (3,080 sq ft) of Bruntwood’s York House building at a rent of £26 per sq ft.
OBI acted on behalf of Cantarus, who were previously located on King Street.
The team of 40 is on the move to larger, higher quality space at York House to help accommodate the expansion of the business.
Lee Adams, managing director and co-founder, Cantarus said: “The business has achieved amazing things since being established 15 years ago and having secured several new client wins recently we needed larger offices for the fourth time in six years.
