Manchester property firm Urban Splash has decided to freshen up its brand as the firm celebrates its 25th birthday.

The property firm has launched in 1993 and has gone on to create more than 5,000 new homes and two million sq ft of work space.

Over the period it has won 400 awards for its architecture and regeneration, including 53 RIBA Awards.

Co-Founder and creative director Jonathan Falkingham said: “We’ve spent 25 years transforming buildings, communities and cities across the UK, and we’ve changed and grown as a business throughout this period.

“It is imperative that we continually evolve and refresh our brand to reflect who we are today.”

Urban Splash, which has a reputation for its bold and imaginative approach, has also published a 208-page book and exhibition entitled “It Will Never Work”.
