Developer brings mixed-use business park to market

Plans for Manor Point

Wilmslow-based developer Aus-Bore, represented by Savills and Williams Sillitoe, has brought to market Manor Point in Holmes Chapel, Cheshire.

The new mixed-use business park will comprise seven blocks available as long- or short-leasehold opportunities.

The scheme, which will be part speculatively developed and part constructed subject to specific occupier requirements, has potential for trade counter, storage and distribution, light industrial, retail, leisure, medical, office and e-tail use.

It will ultimately comprise 17 new units totalling 89,136 sq ft.

Located one mile from Junction 18 of the M6 motorway, Manor Point will offer excellent transport links.

The surrounding area is a mix of commercial and residential use, including a large Aldi store, Holmes Chapel Business Park and numerous retail and leisure operators.

Jonathan Atherton, industrial director at Savills, said: “This is a rare opportunity to acquire brand new business space in the highly sought after area of Holmes Chapel.

“Given the scope for the variety of potential uses and mix of freehold and leasehold opportunities, we are anticipating very strong market interest.”
